How it works. Each answer is scored from 0 to 3 across four areas: concentration (25%), agreements (25%), compliance and risk (30%) and commercials and retention (20%). The overall score is then adjusted for how much of your revenue subcontractors deliver: the more you rely on them, the more any weakness counts. Comments on contractor status and workers’ compensation are general; rules vary by province and depend on the facts of each arrangement.
