Each answer is scored from 0 to 3 across five areas: operating authority and safety (25%), drivers and vehicles (20%), insurance and workers’ compensation (20%), specialised certifications (20%) and contracts and data (15%). Questions marked as not applicable are left out of the score. References to Canadian and BC rules (NSC, CVIP, WorkSafeBC, TDG, PIPEDA) are general; requirements depend on your vehicles, cargo and where you operate.
