Your target profile divides your budget by typical EBITDA multiples for smaller private logistics businesses in your chosen activity, then converts profit to revenue using typical margins. Multiples and margins are MEA’s indicative view as at November 2026; they vary by country, market conditions and business, and larger deals often command higher multiples.
