Want a proper valuation?
This is a starting point. MEA Solutions specialises in buying and selling logistics businesses, with 30+ years in the industry. Book a free, confidential call to discuss what your business could achieve in a sale and how to get there.
How the range works. We start from a range of EBITDA multiples MEA sees for smaller private logistics businesses in your activity, adjust it for size, then for the five factors you answer (each worth roughly up to half a turn of EBITDA either way, owner dependence up to a full turn). The result is enterprise value: the value of the business before debt, cash and working capital adjustments. Multiples are MEA’s indicative view as at 31 October 2026 and vary widely with market conditions, buyer type and deal terms. Very small or asset-heavy businesses are often valued differently, for example on owner earnings or the value of the fleet.
